50 Minutes of Lagree
We opened our doors in September 2024, and at that time most of the students were new to Lagree. We now realize it is time to add a Lagree 101 class.
This class introduces the Megaformer and the Lagree Method to newcomers. It can also be attended by current students to brush up on their form, learn smooth transitions from one move to the next, how to adjust both the springs and hand/foot placement on the Mega to both challenge your practice, or modify, and general form techniques! This class is a great workout at a slightly milder pace with quieter music for a better learning experience.
Our hope is that after you take this class, you will feel more confident in a Get Tight or Get Shit Done class so that you have a better class experience.
