Why not combine the two most superior workouts into one class?! Lengthen and tone your muscles in 30 minutes of Lagree on the Megaformer, and boost your metabolism and burn calories in 20 min of HIIT.

In this class you will move as slow as possible through a Lagree flow on the Mega-grounding yourself, and finding focus in all of your slow twitch muscle fibers. Creating length through your muscles, and balancing your mind and body. You will then be led through an interval sequence of HIIT training, moving as quickly as possible, utilizing a variety of hand weights, booty bands, bosu balls, and more!

Bring your grip socks for the Lagree portion - and feel free to wear clean tennis shoes or keep the grip socks on for the HIIT portion. This class is designed for you to come in, and as the name says #GetShitDone.
