Booking + Memberships

How do I purchase a membership?

You can purchase a membership from our website or download our app. You will be prompted to create an account. Here you will sign a waiver, and make your purchase selection. This is where you will schedule all future bookings, cancel bookings, and make future purchases.

What are your membership options?

We offer various membership options to suit different fitness goals and preferences. Please visit our pricing page for more information.

How far in advance can I sign up for classes?

Our Founding/Unlimited members can sign up for classes three weeks in advance. Class pack or individual class purchases can book classes two weeks in advance.

Are there different levels of classes?

We do not offer different levels of classes. But we will offer modifications and advancements to keep you safe, or challenged. Feel free to schedule a private or semi private class if you want some extra attention prior to joining classes.

Do you offer refunds on class credits?

We're sorry, but we do not offer refunds on class credits, no show fees, or late cancel fees. If you cancel your class prior to our 6 hour cancelation window, your class will be credited back to your account.

Are class credits transferrable between clients?

No, we can not transfer class credits from one person to another. However, our unlimited members do receive 2 free guest passes per month. If you are moving out of town, and wish to gift your classes to someone-we can absolutely do that!

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 6 hour cancelation policy. If you can not make your class, you need to cancel the class on your account prior to 6 hours before class. We will not offer any refunds or exceptions, as our class space is limited. We also do this to hold you accountable for your own health and wellness. It is so easy to talk one self out of a workout in the early morning or after work, but our hope is that by losing the class credit or being charged a fee- you will be less likely to miss your workout! Nobody ever leaves a workout saying “I wish I hadn't done that today”. lf you are an unlimited member you will be charged $20 for a no show and $15 for a late cancel. All class packs, will lose that class credit with no additional charge.

Can I switch class times on the same day?

If you wish to change class times prior to the 6 hour window you can do so on your account. If it is inside the 6 hour window, you will have to cancel out of the class you are scheduled in. You will be charged or lose that class, and will have to schedule a different class time. We do allow a drop in to a later or earlier class at no additional charge, but you will only be admitted to class if there is space.

Can I take two classes a day?

No, we only allow one booking per day per client. We have limited spaces, and want all our clients to have more chances to get into class. Plus- if you come in and Get Shit Done, you won’t need to do two classes!

Can I pause my monthly membership?

You may place your Monthly Membership on a complimentary one month pause once per calendar year by sending a request to hello@monarchstudio.fit at least 30 days in advance of the requested pause.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

If you want to cancel your membership at any point, contact us 10 days prior to the expiration of the current billing cycle and we will cancel the auto-renew. Please note that all monthly memberships require a 3-month commitment from start date: if you cancel your agreement prior to the 3 month commitment, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.

What is the waitlist and how does it work?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens more than 6 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

To get on the waitlist, you must have purchased a class or membership. If a spot doesn’t open up, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens more than 6 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

Up until 6 hours before the start of class, if you are still on the waitlist and realize you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist, just like you would cancel a class, and the class credit will be returned to your account. If you are added to the class and don’t remove yourself in time, normal late cancel or no show fees apply.

If you are not added to the class within 2 hours of the class time, you will not be automatically removed from the waitlist and added to class. However, if there is a late cancel within that 2 hr period or a now show, there may be potential spots in the class available on a first come, first serve basis.

How do I check if I'm on the waitlist?

To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and select My Classes. If you are on the waitlist, you will see your waitlist position. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or notify us and we’ll remove you.

Studio Etiquitte

How early should I arrive before class?

If this is your first time visiting our studio, we ask you arrive 15 min before classes to become acquainted with the studio, equipment, and instructor so that you have a seamless experience! If you are a returning student, we recommend you arrive 5 min prior to class. We do lock the door 10 min after class begins to avoid interruptions.

What kind of socks do I need?

We require Grip Socks for use in any of our Lagree classes. These may be brought from home, or purchased in the studio. Clean tennis shoes, or grip socks can be worn for HIIT training. But please bring clean shoes!! No barefeet.

Can I bring my phone to class?

If you need to leave your phone by your machine in the case of an emergency, we totally understand. Otherwise, please leave your phone in your car, or on silent in a cubby. It’s important to be mindful of others, phoning-in your workout is not! Please note that filming during class is prohibited. Feel free to snap a pic before or after, especially on our social mirror!

Can I bring my dog to the studio?

No. We love your dog but the studio is not a safe space for their paws. If you have a service animal, we may ask if they are required because of a disability and what task they’ve been trained to perform.

Do you have childcare in the studio?

We do not offer childcare in any of our studios. Big parts and little hands don’t mix well, and we don’t allow children at our studios for liability reasons.

Am I The Right Fit?

Who can do Lagree + HIIT?

We welcome all fitness levels. Both offer modifications and options you can take as you grow in your practice. But do be prepared to shake, sweat, and be sore!

Can I do Lagree and HIIT for injury recovery?

If you are recovering from knee, back or shoulder surgery we would not advise taking class until your doctor clears you to do so.

Can I take classes if I'm pregnant?

If you were regularly taking Lagree and HIIT Classes before you got pregnant, you can continue to take class as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval. Please discuss this class with you doctor before taking class.

If you are new to Monarch, we do not advise you to try it for the first time when pregnant. Doctors don’t recommend taking a new workout when pregnant, especially something as core-intensive as Lagree.

Your physician should clear any post-pregnancy activity. Remember to be kind to your body and take your time getting back into a workout routine.

How old do you have to be to take class?

You must be at least 14 years of age to attend classes at Monarch. Students ages 14-17 will require a signature from their parent, as well as be accompanied by their parent for the first class.

Am I too old for Monarch classes?

We can't answer that for you. Fitness levels and abilities vary greatly from person to person and you will have to use your judgement. Our classes are safe on the body - but not easy!

Studio Offerings

Do you have a front desk associate or a phoneline?

We ask that you email the studio hello@monarchstudio.fit with any questions, or concerns. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also text or call (406) 589-5387 and leave a message. Please note: We do not have a full time employee answering phones. We ask you cancel and book classes via your customer portal. We will return your messages within 24 hours.

Do you have showers?

Monarch Studio does not have showers but we do provide a cold essential oil towel to take care of that sweat after class!

Do you have locker rooms?

We do not have locker rooms, but we do offer cubbies to store personal belongings during your class, as well as a restroom you may change in and freshen up after class.

Do you sell merchandise and workout attire?

We sell the essentials you would need to take a class. Socks, leggings, tops etc. As well as Monarch Branded Merch. We also sell a variety of fun beverages to enjoy post workout, as well as some quick healthy snacks!
